While we're busy packing up your new outfit, please read through our most commonly asked questions about our shipping.
Can I get my order delivered locally?
Yes, we offer free local delivery on orders $150+ anywhere in Calgary. For orders less than $150 it's a $20 flat rate fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Kolor Twist offers a Flat Rate shipping charge of $20 on orders anywhere in Canada.
Spend over $150 and we'll ship your order free. Free shipping is via UPS Standard with tracking. For areas not served by UPS, we will default to standard Canada Post or Purolator at our discretion, both with tracking.
To find out the exact shipping price, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once you fill in your shipping details you will be presented with the available shipping options and their prices.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Standard and free shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for orders shipping to destinations in Western Canada, and 5-10 business days for the rest of Canada.
Choose UPS Express in checkkout should you wish to receive your order sooner.
Can I pickup my order at the Salon?
Yes, and it's free. Choose local pickup during checkout and get your order the same day. Please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for pickup before coming down to the salon.
When will my order be shipped?
We process all orders within 24-hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive this email within a couple days of ordering, please contact us.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 24-hours so please ensure you reach out to us right away for assistance. Please have your order number handy.
Kolor Twist is not responsible for return shipping charges if your order has shipped out prior to being notified about any changes.
Can I get my order shipped to the US?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working hard to make this happen so please check back often!
