Not 100% happy with your purchase? No problem!

7-Day Full Refund

We welcome you to return your new, unused items within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. All items marked as on sale or clearance are final sale.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items include items that have been marked down as on sale or clearance. Some categories are final sale regardless of price, such as Gift cards.

Online Returns & Exchanges

For online returns or exchanges, all enquiries MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can bring your item into the store with the original receipt or contact us here. If your online return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without making an enquiry within the first 7 days will not be accepted.

Damages & Skin Reactions

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to love it as much as we do! If you have reacted to a product, please reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you.
