Deciding between full colour, highlights, or a balayage depends on the look you're going for and how much maintenance you're willing to commit to. Here's a quick guide to help you choose:

• Full Colour: This involves colouring all of your hair. It's great for a complete transformation, covering greys, or adding a uniform colour—including fashion colours. Keep in mind it requires regular touch-ups every 4-6 weeks, as your roots will grow out in your natural hair colour.
• Highlights: Highlights are perfect if you want to add depth, dimension, and a sun-kissed effect to your hair. They're less maintenance than full colour since the grow-out is more natural and blended. Highlights need touch-ups every 6-8 weeks, depending on your hair growth and the contrast with your natural colour.
• Balayage: A technique for a more natural-looking, gradual colour transition, with softer, less noticeable regrowth lines than traditional highlights. It's ideal for a low-maintenance style that doesn't require frequent salon visits. Balayage touch-ups vary but can often be spaced out longer than traditional highlights.
• Root Touch Up: Refresh your roots and make the colour in your hair last longer. This is ideal if you already have a colour treatment and want to make it look new again.

Your options are practically limitless with us! Your stylist will most likely recommend a few different shades depending on your natural hair colour—but ultimately, it’s completely up to you! Add fashion colours such as bright pink, mauve, purple, blue and more.

Highlights don’t have to be blonde, either—they can be any colour you want, as long as it’s lighter than your natural shade. We can also do lowlighting if you’d rather accent your hair with a darker colour.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without being charged a cancelation fee.

If you are late for your appointment we will try to accommodate you as best as possible with the remaining time left in your scheduled appointment time.

There may need to be another appointment booked depending on the advice of your stylist or esthetician.

Our first appointments are at 9 am and we are open late both Wednesday and Thursday nights till 8 pm, however, your appointment time is completely dependent on which stylist/esthetician you are working with.

We kindly ask that all guests abide by the following guidelines:

• We ask that you arrive promptly at the time your appointment is booked, as there is limited space for waiting.
• Dress comfortably for your appointment. Gowns are given for both esthetic and hair appointments to protect your clothes from products used during your visit.
• Please avoid wearing strong cologne or scents of any kind. Some of our clients have allergies to fragrances and we want to make sure all our guests are comfortable during their visit.
• Please do not bring your children to our salon during your appointment. This is for their safety as we have various tools in use during services that could hurt them if children are left unsupervised.
